Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are returning an item, returns must be received by Ridgewood Designs within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover or PayPal account will be credited for the cost of returned merchandise, not including any shipping charges. Returns should be sent (in original packaging if possible) to:

There is no Return Policy on Custom Orders and all Monogram Wreaths. 

If for any reason a customer needs to return a product for a replacement, we will do our best to accommodate the customer. The customer must first contact us for instructions and return the product (within 30 days of receipt). Upon receipt of the returned product, Ridgewood Designs will ship the replacement product to the customer.
